Jeremy Piven is Moving into TriBeCa - Relocation.Com

September 2, 2011 - In a deal that would have made Ari proud, "Entourage" actor Jeremy Piven scooped up the former pad of slugger Mike Piazza in New York City, according to the New York Post.

Filming of Piven’s hit HBO serial has wrapped for good, and perhaps that prompted the actor to call the moving company and head east. Hopefully there is room for Vinny and the boys to crash after the movers have unpacked the moving boxes.

Situated in TriBeCa, the two-story penthouse, which was reportedly marketed as “muscular & voluminous,” has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms and 3,012 square feet of living space. Dark hardwood floors run throughout the space and modern fireplace on the unit’s first floor is flanked by a a floating staircase, the Real Estalker reports.

While most New York City homes have little outdoor space, this sky-high apartment comes with 1,800 square feet of exterior room. Floor-to-ceiling windows maximize city views, while a modern stainless steel kitchen and floating shelves round out the home’s amenities. Piven, who also owns real estate in Malibu, California, paid $6.2 million for the digs, the source explains.
