While Lee’s new digs are a downgrade from the $16.8 million beachfront home she shared with Joel, she should not need extra space to hold her belongings. The still-enviable home first hit the market with an asking price of $4.5 million, according to Curbed.
The home has six bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms and 6,700 square feet of living space, which should give Lee plenty of space to unpack the boxes and excess baggage on moving day. The pastoral location provides a quiet retreat while the heated pool, dark wood floors and fireplaces that provide creature comforts, according to Town & Country Real Estate, the real estate agents handling the sale.
