COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) - Traffic is moving again in downtown Columbia after a two-vehicle accident left one car on its roof at the intersection of Sumter St. and Taylor St. during the morning rush hour.
Police said the SUV was heading north on Sumter and attempting to turn right on Taylor when a Nissan Maxima that was heading east on Taylor hit it and caused it to overturn and land on its roof.
The intersection was closed for part of the morning while emergency crews cleaned up the accident.
The driver of the Maxima was charged with disregarding a traffic light.
According to police, nobody was injured in the collision.
