JUST A THOUGHT: What really matters in this life is not what you hold in your hands but what you carry in your heart. May your heart not feel poverty or pain, but be filled with lots of blessings, friendships and love.

MOVE ON: Perhaps, the most used and abused set of words in show business this year is the short catch phrase, “Move on.”
Every one says it to refer to anything and everything that has to do with getting oneself re-started after a sad or unfortunate incident or episode. By moving on, it is implied that one leaves behind all the remnants of an ugly past, taking only with him the lessons learned from the experience.
The coming of a new year is believed to be the best time for anyone to move on.
Hayden Kho, formerly a doctor and now, a scent-maker and commercial model, always says it these days, almost like a mantra towards the direction of Katrina Halili and other women he may have violated in the past through the publication (fornication?) of those so-called sex videos.
Hayden has been trying his best to move on, up and about, but it seems Katrina won’t allow him to get off the hook just yet. No, no. Not that easily.
Moving on, for the sexy actress, shouldn’t happen without just desserts. Due process is necessary to cleanse the spirit, she’s short of saying.
After losing first round of the case, she’s reviving the case against him by filing a new set of charges.

MOVING FORWARD: Nothing can be sweeter, more productive than moving on, which is really moving forward.
The act relaxes the spirit, puts it at rest, creates peace and harmony within and outside the body. It also frees the body of unwanted toxins.
John Lloyd Cruz and Shaina Magdayao, victims of the ugliest gossip of 2010 and possibly, throughout local showbiz history for that matter, are grateful the storm in their very public life together is over.
It takes great faith and sheer courage to hurdle such public humiliation, but with support from family and friends, and a TV network large enough to defend and protect them, the couple made it through the rain, so to speak.
The young lovers have chosen to live down the controversy – the interlocked sex organs issue – which, like any piece of Manila gossip, thankfully had a short shelf life. This has helped John Lloyd and Shaina move on with greater ease and gain back their serenity.

NOT FOR WILLIE AND ABS-CBN: Moving on, like breaking up, as in that old song, is hard to do for both Willie Revillame and ABS-CBN.
It looks like peace will not be on hand shortly as the two warring camps continue filing charges against each other from Quezon City to Makati. Willie has reportedly added more lawyers to his legal team while his former network is determined to pursue the case to the end and teach him a lesson he won’t forget.
At the rate the cases are progressing, moving on will be a far-fetched possibility for both Willie and ABS-CBN in the early part of 2011.
Incidentally, Willie’s counterpart in the big battle of wits is communications director Bong Osorio, who is the face of ABS-CBN in the news. Like Willie, Bong is stuck in this heavy traffic of suits and counter-suits. He can’t move on.
In his book, “Forgiveness: The Greatest Healer,” Jerry Jampolsky says we release a lot of healing energy when we exude love, gentleness and forgiveness. These are the necessary elements as we move on from one point to another.
Harriet Hautea Hormillosa writes in her book, “Heartfood for the Journey:” “If you want to breathe more freely and sleep more peacefully and love yourself a little more, make forgiveness a way of life.”
